Second step: don't treat them like men. They don't need to wrestle for 10 minutes or do the same angles/gimmicks that men do. They should be doing way more comedy, way more talking, way less wrestling, they should be more of a connective tissue between matches the men have. I'd have way more women managers, girlfriends/partners, ring doctors. I'd have Tony Khans role on television as kayfabe CEO done by a woman

Third: Change who you recruit. Start pursuing people that already have good+growing social media presences, and stop chasing WWE rejects

remove the TBS belt as the quarantine for credible champions and put them in the world title scene, and instead make a midcard belt for girls not good enough to be world champion

the aew women's champion title has been sullied by poor and unimposing/unimpressive wrestlers; it's been treated like a narrative belt where strength and power and skill are totally irrelevant, yet Tiny had no stories to tell nor worth telling

women's wrestling works best when it's character-driven and idolized to some extent; but there also has to be a *real* baseline of technical and athletic competence that makes you able to take the women seriously as competitors---even in Stardom, jobbers are less popular than those who've been presented as stronger and more competent than the average player
