>>12241396For a shoot any workplace with more than three women working together on a team is an absolute hellscape. You can have as many women working there as you want but if four of them are on a team business will take a backseat to interpersonal conflicts. Three is fine because the odd number prevents two of them from successfully forming a team and at worst will result in the odd girl out being bullied.
If four are there then they can form teams against one another which will lead to an endless series of friendships, betrayals, accusations and attempts to ruin one another's lives.
Also workplaces that are mostly women have insane sexual harassment that would be actual newspaper articles if the roles were reversed. Stuff like "walking into the men's restroom and touching a male employee while he is using the urinal" or "turning what is described as an emergency after hours meeting into an attempted date with alcohol consumption". If you have not been in that kind of situation it may sound cool but it turns your job into a nightmare because nothing happens in a vacuum. Let's say Stacy from accounting gives you an unasked shoulder rub in the breakroom and jokes about giving you the key to her apartment so you can reciprocate it. Jenny does not like Stacy and thinks she is a flaming bitch. You are now Jenny's enemy. Two weeks later, after you sided with Stacy in situations where she is obviously wrong, her and Jenny are now friends while Amanda (the fat one, not the slut one) is now a mutual enemy. You are now an unbelievable asshole for the things you said about Jenny and their collective memory of everything that happened is you being a creep who had an office crush on Stacy.
t. former IT temp that witnessed these situations happen almost verbatim multiple times
