After the death of wcw, wwe fans got the idea that it was the only game in town and Vince really went hard on the whole WWE is the big leagues because there was only WWE and the indies. This split the fanbase between WWE dickriders and filthy smarks for a very long time, both of which feel compelled to let everyone know their dogshit opinions that no one asked for. I’m not assigning blame to either of the two parties more than the other. They’re both painful.
