Let's assume that "miles" is more then a couple but also less than 10. Because let's face it walking 10 miles inside a pit before a match is just impossible. We'll say somewhere between 3-9 miles. If we meet in the middle we get 6 miles. Given how Batistas earlier form of Leviathan looked like a demon from hell, 6 seems appropriate.
According to the internet Batista had 446 matches. Which means he walked 6 miles inside a pit of danger 446 times. After some basic math we can establish that Batista walked 2,676 miles inside his pit of danger. The man damn near walked the distance of a country inside a pit of danger. Amazing
