He came from AEW into NXT, he has zero excuse not to be fucking jacked. Both are low-work companies, you work a couple days a week in AEW and NXT and you get paid decent unless you're a total start-up PC shitter in NXT.

I think it was in one of those Wrestling Diaries documentaries and Brian Danielson was talking about how shocked he was when he showed up at wrestling school and saw many other participants there out of shape paraphrasing that taking care of yourself shoulda been the number one priority
