No one who unironically praises Russo has watched 1999-2001 WCW or any significant amount of TNA.
They're just marks who buy his self-aggrandizing bullshit about his involvement in 1997-1999 WWF and are either too young or have forgotten a lot of the garbage from the period that he was involved with (Brawl for All, Beaver Cleavage, etc.)

Wasn't his idea. The rigging guys wanted a tryout with WWF so Russo got told to fit them in the show somewhere, so he just put them with Owen cause he'd rappelled one time as a joke, 6 months prior. Somebody would have died it just happened to be owen. Only one to blame is WWF for not doing their due diligence on the stunt guys
