Sure, he went like 13-0 in singles competition but that's because he won through interference mostly, even needing help and interference to beat mediocre opponents.
You can't put a guy with multiple clean victories over Okada against a one-legged MJF with a ruined leg thanks to an angle and still have him lose without it being a burial.
Bad enough that he was going to put over MJF clean in the first place but at least that is somewhat understandable given MJF's AEW power level but the fact that they wrote in some dumb angle where his opponent was gimped? Shit tier overbooked trash and it buries Jay.
