If I was WWE, I'd offer him the opportunity for one last huge pop and ovation at Survivor Series, the ability to cut a big promo the Monday after, a respectable showing in the Royal Rumble, one last feud before retiring at Mania, and going into the Hall of Fame in 2024. If he doesn't want to play ball with that, let him rot for a few years before reaching out again about the Hall of Fame.
