Ghoulia is only over in Japan because she is an exotic mystery meat mutt. WWE already has plenty of those who can actually speak English and aren't sawdusted. Utami's marketability only exists because Rossy put the title on her a bunch of times hoping to leech off of her father's fame.

Outside of the joshi bubble no one knows who they are and neither are pretty or talented enough to be marketable to the western fanbase.

All three bring something to the table that is marketable and draws eyes to the product.

Nah, usually Smackdown puts their draws at the end of the first hour and the main event to keep the television audience from changing the channel as much as possible. The opening segment is about 50/50 on whether it will even be watchable.
