He's JRs agent who JR hooks up with talent, probably because he gets a cut. He's a meme agent but it means low IQ guys like Ospreay have someone helping them to sign a contract and work out a favourable deal. In sure Butch is on similar money in WWE but there's a good chance Tony offered him a massive contract, because he's a money mark, so who knows
