>>12360257>>12360158The truth is a lot of Ashekanzi/Yiddish surnames are shared (well stolen really) from German last names. Lots of Jewish surnames in German and English are adaptations of Hebrew surnames into said languages.
Kaufman and its variations are one of those said names, but I don't think there is any evidence Lexi is Jewish or has significant minority Jewish ancestry.
