Once again, Gunther is the highlight of the PLE. I really don't understand why people like wargames matches. They're telling you that the entire first 30 minutes of the match is irrelevant. It's literally a waste of time

It's the wargames matches. They have 20 minutes of fighting before the match actually "starts". At which point they need to reset the story and start having everyone get their heckin 10 person spots in. Each wargames match, with entrances, will be over 45 minutes. So there's 1.5 hours down the drain already

WarGames really should be survivor series style of elimination, and pinfall and submission can occur at any point of the match.

I'd be into that. You get weird situations where a fresh person in a cage comes out to a 4 v 1 disadvantage. Though how different is it from someone in a traditional survivor series match facing a 1 v 3 disadvantage? If you can get eliminated at any time that makes the wargames advantage so much more important

Tbf there is a big difference between on a 3 v 1 handicap tag match and a 3 v 1 tornado tag match. You could possibly remedy it by the teams alternating the man advantage so Team A get their 2nd guy making it 2 on 1 for Team A, then Team B gets two guys making it 3 on 2 in Team B's favor, etc until all people are in the ring.

It's similar to the Rumble. Two hour-long matches that need to feature all the stars. Gunther and Rhea on the undercard is a feat in that respect.

And I'd put money on Dragon Lee replacing Carlito. Setup is kinda obvious.
