>>12372116>>12372192He is a territory booker and was very good at that, the problem was that the guy funding SMW wanted it to be national and on major tv but what Jim was doing was keeping his audiemce happy and he didn't have the means to have a Hogan and Piper to carry the product to mass appeal. In WWE all the stuff attiributed to him is good and it's obvious he shined fixing the ideas of others to make a logical product and stop the characters from being cartoonish and give a feud meaning. OVW had a very loyal audience who would come see the show every week and the product was good for what it was. RoH he was never head booker but despite being called outdated he was ahead of the curve on getting them low cost PPV's on what was planned to be a subscription service, making the product a mix of 'workrate' and storylines, and a partnership with NJPW. Everywhere he has been he has picked most of the stars of the future, whether we like them all or not, and he ran the most successful developmental ever in terms of creating stars. With a modern product he's probably best fixing the ideas of a business-savvy head booker, or in charge of house show booking and building markets by putting together shows to build a loyal fanbase who keep coming to see a show and get attached to the characters. On his own he is probably not going to build a national brand, and he most likely doesn't want to because that means breaking his own principles to an extent that will drive him insane.
