Tony Khan't figure out what sells these WHOISIT storylines. The guy behind the mask matters most but the Tony is only thinking about le spooky devil appearances, there's no active wrestler right now who can justify the hype behind this.
The biggest problem is the amount of people who will seethe beyond belief when Christopher Daniels or Junglel boy takes the mask off and they won't invest in kind of angle again.

Having said all that i'll eat my words if Punk shows up because he would justify the hype behind this.

Tony would be a garbage choice, heavily autistic charisma vacuum who wasn't made for TV and isn't technically supposed to be on TV anyway. Vince made it work because he is unironically one of the geatest entertainers of all time.
