It's not about Bryan as much as just the total hype the crowd had for seeing Kenny and Bryan face off and a match that left everyone satisfied. AEW hasn't really pulled that off since and Tony needed a spine to tell Bryan to stop jobbing to everyone and have him run with the belt while he was still hot.
