Yes. Every hour, almost every segment.
He'll bitch that he opens his windows and then hears sound from outside.
It never gets picked up on the microphone. Jim can't hear it either.
The only one who can hear it is Brian.
He's hearing things. Soon he'll be seeing things too.

Frankly I think the guy's just bored and checked out, looking for anything to throw his attention at.
He's not even watching the shows Jim's reviewing.

Oh yeah, I listened while falling asleep and things got mixed up.
