Stardom does a gimmick match every once in a while, and nowadays they one ladder match and one cage match show a year (they weren't doing this when Iyo was there, I don't think), Dragon Gate does a cage show every year, NJPW has their KOPW belt where the belt gimmick is that every match has a weird ass stip, and every once in a blue moon NJPW will do a no DQ match.
