It’s the best day for Wrestling PPVs. I wonder how so many years went by leaving it on Sunday. Saturday is so much more comfy it’s unreal.
Terrible for weekly shows though. That said, it’s nice to have constant wrestling on a Saturday now if I’m not doing shit.

I never understood why they were on Sundays as a kid. I had school on Monday so couldn't stay up to watch them. As an adult I'm NEET so it doesn't make a difference but wish they had had them on Saturdays when I a kid.

It started when the NFL added another week.

The Rumble was always the week in between the championship games and the Super Bowl. The extra week meant the Rumble was now the same week as the AFC/NFC title games so they moved the Rumble to Saturdays. Then they realized every PPV should work like that
