Vince effectively sold WWE with the merger. He wasn't "screwed." Vince initiated the deal and made millions off of it. He used the deal to work his way back into WWE after the scandals were used to get him to leave, and seemed to be orchestrated by Haitch and Steph as a hostile takeover. But now Vince is back. Haitch and Steph don't own the company and have a lot less power under the new structure with TKO. Vince officially holds a higher position than them, and they can do nothing about it.
