It has been so long since they have been there they could probably do a big arena show and sell respectably.

However if Trips really wants to leave an impression he would do a buttermilk run and spend a week or two doing shows in small regional venues with a big closeout PLE in the Dome. If they somehow managed to get NJPW to agree to some kind of working relationship they could 100% sell out the Dome. Honestly it would do a lot more for NJPW than their deal with AEW is doing.

I am not sure then. WWE would get a nice boost since it's been a long while since they last toured in Japan, but they'd need over Japanese talents to help push the tickets alongside Roman Reigns and Cody. If they manage to land Giulia and Okada plus Damage Control and Shinsuke, they might be able to sell out the Dome. They could also work something out with Stardom, I guess?

All the recent shows they ran in Japan were held in Ryogoku Sumo Hall. The last show they did there was a house show in 2019 and it drew 7,520, they'd absolutely sell it out now. If they ran a PLE with a card tailored to the Japs they could almost certainly sell out a bigger venue too
