Yup. It's undisputed. Punk was previously the clear contender for KWABOTY instead of Tony for awhile because Khan actually had the balls to stand up to Punk for once and fire him. Also the fact that Punk got ran out of AEW by a bunch of indie geek shitters. Pair this with Punk crawling back to WWE and getting rejected. Punk easily should have been the clear KWABOTY winner. However, the last part didn't turn out that way and Punk came back to WWE with much hype and everyone is clowning on Tony Khan over it. It's turned the tables and gotta be Tony now.

WWE signing Punk is obviously a great move for WWE and HHH. They’ll move merch, get buzz even across major news sites, and get to rub it in against the upstart company daring to challenge them. Ratings 100% go up tomorrow and takes focus on the day that AEWs tickets go on sale for what they want to be a follow up to their biggest PPV. Great move by WWE.
Doesn’t change the fact that Punk looks like a bitch for crawling back after all the shit he’s said over the past few years. If he works a Saudi show, that will be the cherry on top.

Tiny literally paid millions to promote CM Punk so the WWE could benefit from hitting CM Punk. I'd make an argument for Stephanie McMahon. Look at it this way. Her husband marries her to get himself into a position of power within the company.
