The only reason to sign Lesner at this point would be to do a Hogan/Warrior type farce so that Moxley can have his revenge and beat Brock in a hardcore match where he gets to brutalize Lesner in the hopes of humiliating Brock via defeat if not fuck Brock up for life purposely botching a spot as payback for Brock humiliating Moxley back when they had their big match in WWE.
And even then, if they did that, I'm sure Jericho would complain that it's terminally unfair that Moxley got his big revenge match and not Jericho; meaning that Tony will then have to pay money to get Goldberg to job to Jericho too and knowing Brock and Goldberg, they'd probably conspire to veto facing Mox and Jericho respectively and demand they only work with each other because "fuck these losers".
