For no real gain. There’s no ad revenue, and people will inevitably switch off like normal anyway. I doubt that whatever they put together in that one hour will cultivate any new fans that would switch off the second the first ad break comes up if there were ads.

that's all raw is anymore. it could be whittled down to 10 minutes easily, the WWE youtube channel uploads anything that was remotely worth seeing.
they show replays over and over of everything that happens
"in case you're just joining us, let's take you back..."
it's just to fill time. the whole show is basically an infomercial

I haven’t watched WWE in several years but Punk on the mic is usually something engaging. I am literally turning this on for Punk. If there is a good show after that great, I’m just not gonna sit through a terrible Raw to wait for Punk.
