>Ohio Laborers were minority shareholders in WWE>They allege that 4 bids came in for WWE, mostly from other partners and sponsors that had a higher cash value than the Endevour bid>They allege that Vince forced a quick sale because he and Ari had a long existing friendship beforehand and Ari guaranteed him control of the wrestling side>They allege that the sale/merger was a plot by Vince and Ari, a stitch up so that Vince retains control and he took a lower price as others would not guarantee that control to him>They allege that Vince is still in defacto control of the WWE both in creative, structural and strategic terms and Ari is a puppet for him
