I think a lot of people overrate Dom but its hard to deny I think he's the actual best improved talent in recent memory. Some people might've memory-holed some of his matches with Rey but holy shit they were bad. He was easily the worst part of every match and now he's improved in the ring to a competent degree but his character work certainly works the crowd. Which is all he needs to do to be successful.
Genuinely he's the heel you can put with any babyface and they'll probably get a pop from taking him out.

Bad Bunny is also the best celebrity wrestler they've ever had and is surprisingly competent. Dom can work a match and again, that's all he needs to do. He just needs to draw heat and not fuck up in a match and he's always going to have opportunities to work with a babyface.

Ironically his best match when he was face was with Buddy.
That sunset flip was kino.
Dudes improved a lot but he can improve more. There was a few botches in nxt but I’d like to see him do more non interrupted clean matches. He can do it.
