I haven't watched WWE in a long time, it's absolute trash no matter how bad AEW gets. It's strange though because Christian has been absolutely fantastic but on the other hand I really can't stand the slow descent into it feeling like TNA in the past year. I guess following a different style focusing on matches would be welcome, but will Tony stick to it? I thought their best period was when Punk came in, Miro was a monster, Darby was the underdog, Kenny the belt collector...all kino.
Then it just ran out of steam, partly cause Tony couldn't manage Punk/The Elite but also it felt like they ran out of ideas. Christian's program has felt like it was a world championship, main title story and MJF has been holding a midcard belt.
