copy NJPW or NOAH's production style instead of WWE's (meaning video production, not doing a G1 tournament on TV)
start a proper developmental system to build TV-ready stars because the indies fucking suck right now
give up on the flippy twinks and make the grappler twinks bulk up and go to promo class

It really does feel too late.

They've got so much going against them now after refusing to pull out the nose dive.

they've lost the good will of not only the fans but also the wrestlers. the talent they do have outside of those just collecting big paycheques, look to fall into the categories of: early retirement, or waiting to go to WWE to advanced their careers.

You can place the blame squarely on Khan. I've spent a lot of money supporting them, tickets & buying PPVs. I'll never give them another penny.

It's way too late for that. Honestly they always were TNA with a bigger budget and with safer, more boring booking. But Vince stepping down completely cut their balls off. The whole promotion was predicated on VDS, with him gone they no longer have an identity or raison d'etre. There's no reason for deranged smarks to blindly hate WWE anymore, so there's no reason for them to watch WWE.

TNA was far more universally lambasted and seen as a joke than AEW has ever been. No one watches Impact for a reason.
