Honest answer is that you can't really judge things until there's a pattern. If Smackdown's ratings remain low this Friday and in the coming weeks you know it's because people are starting to tune out and it's not as good. If they jump back up then it's most likely some external reason.
For example, Dynamite's ratings have been consistently shit so you can infer that the product is shit.
AEWtists are desperate for a win and so now they've finally got one they think it means things are turning around for them. Meanwhile, Dynamite still has not drawn a million viewers in almost a year.
