The universal and WWE championships were brand-level top titles, but since Roman unified them, this title shares the same level as the IC, just without the history. This whole thing is retarted and is just because they're too scared to take the title off Reigns. This isn't the 1980s anymore. In the most successful period in WWE history, most title reigns lasted under three months. Now, for some reason, they decide to keep the title on a part-timer heel. The roster is strong enough now that they can afford to swap the titles around more frequently, unfortunately Reigns seems so overpowered that they're now forced to wait for some Wrestlemania main event otherwise it will be an anti-climax.
