They need to stop letting midcarders win the briefcase because it's obvious none of them are going to win the title. My theory is that Jey Uso will win next Raw against Rollins, then Priest will cash in. Either that or he'll cash it after Uso defends it against Drew.

The only cash-in's I can recall being of any consequence at all are Dolph (wasted afterward) and the best one -- Seth cashing in. Of course they subsequently ruined Seths character by turning him into some fashionista clown, so his cash in is even starting to kinda feel stupid now too.
