Tony is copying this, except only Kingsron had belts. Tony is adding another title called the continental title (which means the same thing as international title which already exists).
When explaining how the belts would be unified, his example was Omega being aew, TNA and AAA champion. Saying Omega unified the belts. He did not unify the belts, he didn't even acknowledge having the AAA belt most of the time. They were never unified.
So likely what will happen is the winner will just have three belts and aew will have another title. And whoever wins will lose the strong belt to Gabriel Kidd and lose the ROH belt to Keith Lee or something and then have a 4th midcard singles title in aew
