Plus Fox was expecting bigger numbers from Smackdown from the beginning. It was their attempt to pivot to more sports and reality stuff to keep their network afloat. Apparently e-drones make poor customers so advertisers won't pay much for ad space. They didn't want to pay more for something that has underdelivered. Meanwhile USA thought Smackdown would be cheaper than Raw going forward.

One thing that could make huge waves besides WBD getting Raw, would be if USA moves Smackdown to a different night. Thursdays have always been a bigger TV night than Friday, so what happens if they demand WWE move Smackdown to Thursday? I doubt USA wants to pay all that money to have their top show on a dead TV night. If they move nights then Friday primetime will be opened and AEW could move Collision to Fridays 8-10pm, which is much better than Saturdays.

I dont see how you think that Fox dropping Smackdown is some kind of own when they were already picked up for more money. You had a few weeks to use them dropping smack as fuel for your console war posts, but it just doesn't work anymore

There are 4 companies in contention to get Raw it seems. Some have mentioned others, but they don't seem legit. The 4 are Amazon, Comcast, Disney, and WBD. For some reason dronies think WBD is a sure thing, which means they will drop AEW when it happens..

Fox dropping Smackdown shows no broadcast network will carry wrestling, the numbers aren't worth it. When Smackdown has to move from Fox to FS1 on occasion, they lose a bunch of viewers, so when they go to USA permanently they won't be doing 2 milly a show anymore.
