If you’re Jewish and you’re born a citizen of, for example, the United States, you can still apply for Israeli citizenship, but you need to have a certain amount of Jewish DNA, as Israel requires you to have a DNA test to gain citizenship. They are the only country that exists that does this, therefore they are in fact an ethnostate.
