The second was the whole fake rape claim by Rita Chatterton in the early 90's, who was a female referee in the 80's for the WWF. She went on and claimed that Vince raped her. Not only was it made up (she made ridiculous claims like Vince promissed her a big push and a contract for 500,000 dollars - when Vince never gave out contracts at the time and certainly wouldn't make a referee the second highest paid person beside Hogan in the company). Now if you wonder what Schultz has got to do with it: He pretty much orchestrated the whole thing, to the point were he even created a tape containing a acted telephone conversation with Chatterton (he claimed she called him immediately after the rape, which alone is questionable, but as experts from the police found out, the cassette itself was brand new and not from the 80's as claimed)

It's understandable that Vince doesn't really like Schultz after such incidents.
