Plus the whc title was brought back not long after. when the rock is wcw champ heading into it, it doesnt really mean anything. If it was austin vs goldberg in 2001 then it would have meant a lot. This ppv was just 4 wwf guys fighting over wwf titles and it did the lowest buyrate of the year too
