It's also very unlikely that she will improve in any meaning way. People usually spend most of their youth learning the fundamentals of their craft and then is all about getting experience. Jade needs both the knowledge and the experience at a point in which she's already past her best moment to improve.
Best case scenario she will have a manager to talk for her, relying mostly on her look while having shitty matches.
