TBS legit has nothing better to show during that time slot. Rampage and Collision have shitty timeslots. Collision and maybe Rampage deals are also not as good as Dynamite.

Rampage is in a shit timeslot that they probably have low expectations for, and they probably aren't paying AEW much for it. Collision I imagine they want to see how it does once football competition ends. Even with the poor ratings, it's likely that over the course of a year, it will end up performing better than reruns did on average.

Rampage is also a taped show that cost AEW very little more to produce in addition to Dynamite. It's essentially their Main Event or Heat or Velocity etc. I'd say I don't know why people expect it to do such big numbers but they probably don't actually and just use it as another way to do more epic dunks on Tiny and lolaew
