I hate boomers like you wouldn't believe. An entire booking committee made up of jannetties and curtainjerkers who worked their way into positions of authority, not because they had any talent or charisma, but because they refused to go away while all the actual draws who carried the promotion died out or retired. It would be like if WCW won the Monday Night Wars but WWF didn't fold. Instead everyone from Attitude Era WWF gradually faded away leaving Bull Buchanan, Crash Holly, Gillberg, and Steve Blackman as the most experienced and longest tenured personal, so the new owner, Shane McMahon, had them book the shows for him.
