They have a schedule, and they are probably posting clips while editing is still being done. The Jay Sharknado guy autistically cleans up any noise or muffling and also has to make the censored version.

I'd imagine so. It's like 8 hrs a week of audio. Don't know how much the editor has to comb through and clean up

I used to do editing for a 2 hour podcast. It took me around 6 hours to completely edit it...it was a barebones podcast that didn't use a ton of commericals/inserts/ect. Those slick big time podcasts take probably 8-9 hours for a 2 hour pod... Cornettes averages about 9 hr a week, so whoever is doing it is probably spending 30-40 hr a week doing it (and probably other random stuff, suggesting it's one person and not 2-3) so yesh...it would be a full time job and he better be getting paid.
