Thea Hail has really been impressing me lately. I always enjoyed her in Chase U when she was like a rabid dog and Andre's side. She's really funny, but this recent arc has shown another side of her character, and the last few Chase U vignettes have had her acting a little bit, with more depth than she's ever had.

I think of all the girls in NXT right now, besides I guess Tiffany who's probably on her way out, Thea's got the most potential.
