He can work stiff, he can work technical, he can work gimmick. The guy is the complete package but no one seems interested in him. The guy is 32 and at the peak of his career and is just ignored by everyone outside of outlaw mudshows and NWA. The guy is just realy good, there is really nothing else you need to say.
I get why the WWE would shy away from him because of the shit he got up to when he was a kid, but it boggles the mind how everyone else isn't doing all they can to get him on their shows.
