So a few years back some wrestler tweeted out that cornette held him back while he was the ovw booker, due to him not sleeping with cornettes wife when solicited. Some other wrestler backed up his story. Screenshots of Stacy cornette sexting other guys not named Jim came out. Jim makes a statement that didn't outright dismiss the claims made against him, only alluding to his interesting sex life where no one was coerced and everybody wanted to be there and that he's completely aware of Stacy's interactions with other men.

I like listening to Cornette. Especially when he's talking about things he was actually involved with. But he has become increasingly deranged when it comes to The Elite, to the point where its pathetic.

There's an old video from like 2005 where he's talking about ROH and says "I absolutely hate it personally but if I was them I wouldn't change a thing because what they do is perfect for their audience". So we know he wasn't always unhinged and to an extent his whole schtick is a gimmick, but its just a completely different level of vitriol when he's talking about The Bucks or Omega.
