Tier 1: Cody, Sami, LA, Punk. - these should be the final 4 of the rumble
Tier 2: Gunther, Rollins, Lashley, Lesnar
Tier 3: Jey, Orton, KO, Drew, AJ
Tier 4: Miz, Shinske, Finn, Damien
Potential: Kross, Otis, Montez (tons of talent), Logan paul, Dominic.
Based on strictly talent and deserved-ness Sami is still the top talent in the company, and probably always will until he retires, but I can't see him getting rewarded to that extent.
