Both of the things he said were true, he was gone for so long and despite that his name was still chanted for years in WWE even after the tranny fed was created. And he came back to finally be able to achieve that he left the company for a decade ago, winning the Royal Rumble and getting his WM Main Event.
I'm sure Seth, Roman or LA Knight might at some point dig at him for his past failures such as joining the tranny fed or jobbing in the UFC but it's not going to be more than a single line for a cheap pop and that's it.
