Shibata's brain is way funnier but in some weird way I'm not surprised he fell for it. I guarentee you most people have no idea what is and isn't actually possible with brain surgery.
Misreading a spreadsheet can just be chalked up to being old and/or careless.

The real embarassing thing that he got nowhere near enough shit for was when he got exposed with all the fake DragonGate stories for months.

Wanna know the funny thing? Vince never sexually assaulted anybody, at least not with the allegations that are available. Rita Chatterton thing was a set-up by her and David Schultz and they created a fake phone call tape that was supposedly recorded in the 80s until they found out it was brand new. I don't 100 believe the spreadsheet thing, it may just be the wrestlingtix guy covering for him to curry favor. EC had just over 500 tickets available yesterday and just under 500 today, where did the 7k come from? And even if it were true, it would show Meltzer just puts out the first thing told to him without double-checking and fucking up reading a spreadsheet is pretty hard anyways. Either that or Meltzer just wanted a spicy story to get clicks.
