After another successful and exhilarating Iron Survivor Challenge, the innovative minds at NXT are excited to present their next masterpiece and push sport-entertainment to new frontiers: the SUPER STEEL SERIES!

The rules are simple:

>7 singles competitors will start the match in the ring
>Every 208 seconds, one single is joined by a tag team to form a trio, the order of which will have been decided in the STEEL SERIES TRIO TIMING TOURNAMENT
>Once every single has become a trio, pinfalls and submissions become legal and the match becomes tornado trios rules
>After each fall, the trio to be pinned or submitted must leave the match and face each other in a triple threat match in the second ring
>The winner of the triple threat will be allowed to rejoin the main match as a single but cannot be pinned or submitted until STEEL SECONDS begins
>The two losers of that triple threat match become lumberjacks for the main match
>The triple-threat stipulation applies to only the first 3 teams to be eliminated
>The 4th and 5th teams to be eliminated from the main match will engage in an over-the-top-rope battle royal in the third ring
>The winner of the OTTBR can then re-enter the main match, the losers join the lumberjacks
>The 6th and 7th teams who remain after the 4th and 5th have been eliminated will go and lie in the Judgement Caskets while a panel of expert Hall of Famers decide a single from each team who will proceed to STEEL SECONDS, with the others becoming lumberjacks...
