In NZ wcw ppvs used to air at 10 pm on free tv on week nights, and lasted hours w a few ad blocks. Falling asleep on the couch at 1.30am on a school night during the slow af hogan/nwo/roddy/macho main event which never delivered at the end of a great ppv was cosy as hell. I miss it bros.

I remember when I was a kid we were poorfags who didn’t have cable and one time we slept over at a cousin’s place and we stayed up all night watching PPV reruns on his cable television. I was blown away by how incredibly theatrical Wrestlemania was compared to the regular Smackdown episodes. It was late at night and eventually everyone fell asleep with the TV still playing in low volume. It was comfy, but sleeping over at that guy’s house was the least comfiest experience I ever had
