Malakai and and Toni don't stand a chance, they've been exposed as shitters on WWE TV and AEW TV so they're pretty much stuck in AEW for the foreseeable future (which is lucky for garbage wrestlers)
Darby mite b cool if triple H presents him well, MJF will be tricky to get over because he relies on promos to disguise the fact that he's just an ugly manlet who doesn't wrestle very well. Steroids would actually save MJF.

Guy thay trained Punk from the ground up and a lot of other guys. Used to work at the PC as a trqiner, Punk when Punk came bqcl to wrestling he asked Steel to come work for AEW and help train their guys up. Was in the locker room at the Brawl Out along with his wife who had a broken leg. When Punk sissy shoved one of the Buck onto Steel's injured wife he went apeshit chucking chairs, bashing heads, and biting people. Despite how people like to portray Punk as having kicked the Elite's ass he didn't do that much since he was injured from the match that night. It was basically Ace Steel acting like a madman.

This is a special case because she already had a run on SD in the main roster but Vince turned her into a jester, now she has proved herself to be valuable BUT her current gimmick is a joke champ, there's still potential with a Bliss 2.0 with Toni, and that would be dimes as fuck, but I also think that she's ok with AEW rn, who knows maybe Paul can promise her a championship run on NXT or SD again, most of the A-list girls are getting old (Asuka, Becky, Bayley, Charlotte, etc) they need a young superstar and sadly most of the NXT girls are great but not Champ material

E-God here. I would take Hayter and Storm in a heartbeat. Maybe Hobbs if he's willing to go to NXT for 12-24 months. The rest I'd pass on unless I really wanted to stick it to Tony by signing Darby and MJF. Can't see either one of them moving the needle though.
