What you need to do is reset them. It will take a while and you will be bored out of your mind while you are doing it. However if you stick to it one day you will be walking around outside, the sun shining, and you will see something and just smile and all of a sudden. you will notice that you can feel things again and that life actually has meaning and you care about yourself and others.

Keep it up for about 3 months and you will improve. You may have some deeper mental issues that originally drove you to the habits that caused you to fuck up your brain as a way to cope, so if you do you need to identify them and work them out. Once you get your shit squared away you can experiment with gradually reintroducing things like the internet or alcohol into your life. Maybe a cocktail with dinner while eating out, or using the internet to read up on a game or film you appreciate. If you ever find yourself getting drunk or into arguments with people online it is best to back off again until you have things under control.
