I used to like Jindrak and O’Haire. I was a kid, I didn’t know any better and they were big and did MOVES. In hindsight they were typical power plant guys. Hopeless in the ring except in choreographed spot shows against other power plant guys. Guy had plenty of chances. Meltzer made him Rookie of the year in 2000 over Kurt Angle. He’s got a win over Hulk Hogan. Maybe stop popping percs and beating up teenage girls you dead bitch.

For anyone who doesn't know, this guy was socially retarded and fucked up countless times which got him heat backstage. When he arrived at WWE he told others to watch him then he sat next to HHH in catering and read a newspaper without saying anything, HHH tried to introduce himself and Sean just ignored him and kept reading the newspaper. He purposefully made the top guys think he was retarded and pissed them off to try and pop lowcard guys who also thought he was an idiot.

Had all the athletic ability in the world, don't care what Cornette says you can train around that, even if you can't make him capable of leading a match you can train to structure good matches with someone who can or fun smashes with other hosses
Same with promos, loads of guys now can't promo, you do pretapes and you give him a manager who will stick around longer than Piper and work to get him over rather than get himself over, Estrada made Umaga for example
There was always more they could have done to protect & develop him, same as Palumbo, Jindrak, Nathan Jones (who actually had serviceable matches pre-WWE with Jeff Jarrett).
WWE in 2001-05 was the worst of the backstage politics era. If you weren't a favourite or friend of the top guys you were dead on arrival especially if you were ex WCW or perceived as a threat to someone's spot. They were terrible at developing talent outside of that- Lesnar was a day 1 favourite, Batista & Orton got handpicked by HHH and Cena was an early favourite of Stephanie who still had to get himself over with his own gimmick.

Both Cornette and Prichard admitted he had an amazing look but couldn't cut a promo if it wasn't a pretape that wasn't scripted word for word and edited. It wouldn't matter in 2023 WWE but it did back then. Cornette also said he was constantly getting into fights in bars and was a head case.

Booker's old school and knows how to work and how to get along with people and had been in the business the longest out of everyone that came from WCW. It was an easier transition. People forget now but Billy Kidman had it pretty good and got pushed too. But a lot of 2000 WCW was made up of guys that got out of the Power Plant in 98 & 99, couldn't work and didn't really know the business.
